Shipping Policy
Shipping fee
All shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the size and weight of the artwork.
Shipping in Europe is free for orders over 100€.
For international orders the shipping is free for orders over 150€.
Shipping times
Delivery times for EU countries are within 3 – 10 working days and within 10-35 working days for the rest of the world after sending (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded).
Delays
We CANNOT control any delays caused by customs.
Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination).
Incorrect delivery information
Unfortunately we can not be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.
Tracking Number
We provide tracking number only for original artwork. If you wish to get a tracking number for other orders, send us a request at anirami.arts@gmail.com.
There is a possibility of short delays, but it does not depend on us. Resending of the same shipments are additionally charged.
Duties & Taxes
Please note that if your order is being shipped outside of EU, you are subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.
Return and Exchange Policy
We do hope that your are happy with what you received but if for some reason you are not, please do get in touch with us immediately. Please contact us by email at anirami.arts@gmail.com before returning any goods, and quote your full name, delivery address and order number. Upon receipt, we will contact you to arrange a refund or exchange and to organize the return. Have in mind: Since every piece is handcrafted, slight differences in drawing, color and form may appear.
Original and return postage is non refundable. We can only accept returns/exchanges for up to 14 days of receiving, providing the item is in original condition. Items can only be returned/exchanged if they were purchased from our website.
Once received by us, providing they are in sale-able condition you will be refunded for the full cost of the product(s) as soon as possible to the same credit/debit card you used to pay for your order. Please note that the refund may take a few days to reach your account (this will depend on individual banking times).
Shipping Charges
We do not refund original shipping costs and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping. For exchanges, you will also be charged the cost of sending the new item.
We are unable to offer a full refund or exchange for items that are not received back in perfect, saleable condition, so please ensure that they are well packaged and protected before sending. We reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the returned goods. Unfortunately we can not be liable for any damage that may occur in transit, so it is advisable to ensure that any returned items are well packaged and protected before sending.
When sending an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your return shipment and be absolutely sure the items get returned to us.
Damaged Products
We will do our utmost to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However occasionally damages do occur during transit, so in this case please contact us by email at anirami.arts@gmail.com, within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return. At this point we will offer you a refund or exchange depending on stock availability and agree a cost of return postage.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs that have not been agreed with us in writing prior to sending.
Similarly, if you encounter any quality defects with your item(s) after receiving and using them, please contact us by email and we will do our best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible at anirami.arts@gmail.com. If the order has already been dispatched, you should follow the procedure above. Postage and shipping costs are non refundable.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
Return Address
Once you have contacted us in writing and we have agreed the return, please send your returned items quoting your full name, address and order number to the adress you will receive when contacting us.
It is advisable to obtain proof of postage, as unfortunately we can not be held responsible for any lost packages. In the unfortunate event that the parcel is lost and we do not receive the returned item, unfortunately we will be unable to offer any refund or exchange.
